Arthur Trueger is the founder of Berkeley Technology Limited, a global venture capital firm.  Mr. Trueger is also the founder of its subsidiary, Berkeley International Capital Corporation.  For over 20 years Arthur Trueger has been an active member in the Silicon Valley venture capital community.  Mr. Trueger achieved his AB, MA, and JD degrees from the University of California.  He can speak German, French, and some Japanese.
